I bought a 4" vertex vice of them last week, on there web site, then was looking for something else and found the same vice on there ebay site £8 cheaper with the same free postage, grrrrrrrrr..

I got caught in a similar way with a New Zealand company selling power tools. So I called them up and asked if I could return last week's purchase and buy another at the new reduced price?  They laughed and said they would save me the bother of bringing it in and offered to send me the discount.  But I am a fair sport so I took the refund as discount on something else.
