this is three small items i made a tapping stand and a small folder.

and have included some measurments off the folder ,
Cutting list
stand base plate L 11 1/2" - W 6" - T 5/8"
U CHANNEL 5" X 3"
STAND TOP PLATE L 10 1/4" - W 3 1/8" - T 3/8"
FOLDER PLATES 2 OFF
FIRST L 9 14/16" - W 2" - T 3/8"
SECOND L 10 10/16" - W 2" - T 3/8"
TOP BLOCK L 9 14/16" X 1" SQ
CAMS 6/8" DAI - L 1" DRILLED OFF CENTRE
TOP BLOCK SPACERS 6/8" DAI - L 5/8"
HANDLE L 8" - 8mm" DAI SILVER STEEL
HANDLE HOLDERS 1/2" SQ - L 4"
HINGES 4 OFF L 2 1/2" - W 6/8" - T 3/8"
HINGE PINS SILVER STEEL 8MM DAI - L 1"
You can omit the stand if you like and mount the folder onto a length of angle
to use the folder in a vice,

Hi Bernd and Eric, Thank you for your comments,
Bernd, the eccentrics are used to ajust the top bar to allow for the bend on different thicknesses of the metal,
The holes in the top bar are drilled a little oversized to allow for movement,

A small folder That doesnt take up a lot of room would be super handy and open up a whole lot of possibilities.
Love the tapping stand too.
