Title: tool maker?

i need to find a tool maker i just havent got the time or knowledge or ability lol to be able to make the tool i require
does anyone have any ideas of who to use?

its a shaped punch that is required

Framey, why hire a toolmaker when you can use the project as an excuse to buy a new tool?  Check out this punch (http://www.roperwhitney.com/punching/2-45.cfm).  It should run you less than £100 (http://www.itslondon.co.uk/pd_ROP5JR_5JR_RoperWhitneyPunchSet.htm), and you'll have it for the rest of your life.  Are you making tattoo machines?  Those springs look similar.
