Title: Help with threads

I have just got hold of a Widgetmaster mini mill that needs finnishing I need to tap for some 10-24 unc I also have to thread the end of some spacers, where is the best place to get them in the UK   OR is there a metric compatable thread.
anybody got a widget mill and is there anything to look out for with them ?

Peter, you could try Tracey Tools in Devon - see this page http://www.tracytools.com/tapsanddiesuncunf.htm
I think you have to order by post or phone, rather than on the interweb.

I saw your little mill and was curious as to what it was and I came across this website where I guy kitted out this little machine.

Thanks  ieezitin , I have just orderd from JLS in the uk, I found  this size hard to get in the UK , but I was prob looking in all the wrong places, I have only just got around to use  metric and ba ,
I have seen the link I think he is or was a member on hear.

andyf  I tried to order on line but I could not manage it, for some silly reason (prob me) .thanks anyway ill put it in my fav for future use.

Its easier to look at their virtual cataloge, they are on page 153, cheap value range at the bottom, better ones at the top
