I have a number of digital protractors at work, I use them when making bay windows etc,
I've just picked up one of these from Chronos, and it seems like a great littl tool.
The only problem I had was that between this one and a different one, there was 0.2 degrees discrepency between the angles.

Angular errors can be misleading. 0.2 degree can seem large but consider that it equates to an offset of 13 inches at a distance of 100 yards. There are few situations where such accuracy would be inadequate and most of us are smart enough to recognize those cases and use tools appropriate to the job.

WIth the bay windows that I use mine for, that angle of 0.2 degrees made a difference of nearly 40mm when measuring the longest point of a 5 sided bay window. I usually shoot for 5mm + or - because the brickwork will never be perfect.
