If you wait a while, Aldi have them in every couple of months, 2 squid cheaper and 2" longer.

I always have a few in 'stock'

Thanks John, I hadn't noticed these were only 100mm long... :doh:

If anyone spots them in Aldi can you please shout up as i could do with a couple to make up some cheap DRO's  :thumbup:

4" and 6" are both cheaper at Arc.

Sign up for their weekly offers email is probably the best way...

I've had some decent gear from Aldi over the last year including a 14 inch Evo Rage chop saw with a carbide blade..

Good tip on the email alert, I seem to miss stuff cos a rarely go shopping these days but Helen is pretty good at alerting me if something is there.

But she still misses stuff....


I just got a wireless camera for my workshop security from Aldi for £30, it's ok ish, but not really good enough at night in the dark.

It's got infra red lights built in, turns from colour to B&W in the dark.

The lights work well, for about four feet...ok maybe five.....
