Title: What happened to 'insert attachment' button?

I was about to post a new topic, but couldn't attach images to it. I've tried it with Waterfox and Firefox, same result with both.

I wonder is it on my end, or has something changed, like forum software update or something like that?

I can see it.  I checked, I can also see it on a new topic.

Yeah, that's visible for me as well, but 'insert attachment' - well not actually a button - doesn't show up. What I mean is shown in the pic from another SMF forum:

OK. I misunderstood.  I can't see that either, so it's presumably a question for Eric.
