Its a simple counting task. Just count down the number of full 360 degree turns the rope makes, starting at 100.
I must be getting feeble - I had to start over 17 times before I got it right....

The rope makes but one complete turn. The movie clip of it doing so is repeated ad infinitum, but it's the same single turn.

if you save the gif image and then replay it locally, it will be much sharper, more fluent and much more juggly....
