Title: My Second Clock

Just finished my second clock to a design bt W.R.Smith it has a Grasshopper escapement invented by John Harrison around 1755

Did you use CNC for any parts (e.g. Dial)?

After a bit of a problem with the spring barrel being too tight it's now starting to keep good time.

Very Nice, how will you keep it clean? my Congrieve's I strip and clean them ever 5 yr or so.   :bang:

I plan to get a glass dome when I see one the right size and price.

I made this as a test and learning piece, when I first converted my mill to PC control, I ended up making three I gave two away to mates....... :ddb:
