hi all john got a lil starrett d.t.i given and he wonted me to give it a cleen so i did for sum resone me pics have a yelow tint to them any way her are the pics

Hi Bob as expected another fine job  :drool: I always love them photos of the dti in many parts, knowing the story would have a sad end if many others were doing the same job ( me included )

Looking good Bob :thumbup: ,and I bet it keeps better time than one of them Chinese Rolex watches.

Make a watch chain for it,and John can wear it with his Sunday best :lol:....OZ.

hi yes i made a new crystal for it but i did not fit it. the old crystal after a buff up was ok but it had a tint to it after compering one a ganst the other the origenel one gave it a patener for its age the one that i made mad it look to new

Eric I'm guessing that Bob is probably heat/ vacuum forming them from polycarbonate sheet or thin perspex.

Time will reveal all,I hope....OZ.
