Title: Machinery disposals
Post by: John Stevenson on March 24, 2016, 09:17:22 PM
As part of the Grand Downsizing I will be parting out some pieces of equipment that may interest members on here.
I'd sooner sell privately  as by the time ebay and paypal have had their combined 25% I might as well sell for less.

Ready to go now is

BOC Transtig AC/DC welder rated at 200 amps. It's 440v 2 phase [ yes no typo ] it's just a tapped single transformer and I do believe it can run off single phase but needs some serious supply.
Not been fired up for a couple of years but It will be cleaned out and tried before sale. Only known fault with it is the amperage flag has fell off the handwheel but it's been like this from new.

Camarc 200 amp Mig welder, full size machine, takes full sized bottle at the back and 15kg reels. Again not fired up in 2 - 3 years. Single phase input. 4 metre torch fitted.

Cebora Plasma cutter, three phase 32A machine. Will cut 19mm steel. Machine was bought brand new about 12 years ago and has probably done less than 1 hours work. It still has the original tip fitted and the box of spares is brand new.

Tool and cutter grinder, similar to a Clarkson but lower and larger table. It was made to sharpen wood working cutters and has all the attachments for things like saw blades, router cutters planer blades etc. No reason why it cannot do metal working tools as well as that is what I have used it for. Also has a magnetic table so it can also surface grind as well. Probably 10 hours work from new. Coolant in the base. Comes with a shed load of wheels that I have collected over the years.

Home made welding positioner with controller 0 revs to 17 - 20 ? double drive gearbox, DC motor and variac, fitted 8" 4 jaw chuck. Ideal for welding shafts and rotors etc.

To be disposed of in about a months time.

Techo Isel German CNC router. This is a very, very accurate machine and in daily use at the moment. Runs on Mach 3 and was built with no expense spared as regards components and it's paid off in never breaking down. Spindle is an air cooled 0.8Kw high speed unit, 24,000 revs powered by an inverter. Spindle stop start is controlled by Mach, speed is pot controlled. ER 11 collet chuck fitted. Very clean machine 300mm x 300mm working area but could be tweaked slightly.

Will sell as a complete machine, computer, controller screen, possibly a keyboard and mouse but I'm desperately short of these. Can demonstrate it and supply a few hours training to the new buyer.

Please PM in the first instance and we can move to emails, Pictures and any details willingly provided.

Hi John,
how much are you after for the Cebora Plasma cutter?
