Title: 7 EASY STEPS TO BIG TROUBLE

What to do on a plane if the passenger next to you is annoying you:

1. Remove your laptop from its bag

2. Open the laptop slowly and carefully

3. Turn it ON

4. Ensure the passenger is watching you

5. Log on to the internet

6. Close your eyes for a brief moment, open them again, turn your gaze upwards to the skies as if in prayer

7. Take a deep breath and open this site

Better to save the flash on your PC as not all planes provide internet  :D

The boss at a place I used to work was a frequent air traveller and always took his laptop with him. One of the IT bods from the office got access to it just before he left, and altered the desktop setting so that the first thing he saw when he switched on was this......

What browser are you using? I use Firefox. In Firefox when you are on the page of the countdown(mind, this is an easy site as there is only one "media item" so it is easy to 'rip'). Then go to "Tools", then "Page Info". When the Page info window opens, looks for the "Media" tab. Under where it says address, click on the (only) link , in this case "http://www.myit-media.de/mitsound.swf" and then click on the button "Save as" and choose your favourite location on your PC.

When you want to open the file, you have to drag it into an existing open IE or FF window, unless you got the FLash player installed on your PC(I dont).

On sites where there are much more media items, like links, video etc etc, it takes some more time to fish through the links under the "Address" box to find what you are after. But practice makes it easier to find  :D
