Title: Flabbergasting engineering
Post by: pycoed on January 07, 2022, 05:00:01 PM: I just recently found Allen Millyard on Youtube & notified a mate, only to find he is well known in biking circles. :doh:
The bloke is a GENIUS. I've done a quick search on here & can't find a reference to him, but this chap is special - what he does with a fairly basic workshop & hand tools is staggering e.g. made a bike powered by a 5 litre Vee twin engine consisting of two barrels & heads from a Pratt & Whitney 9 cylinder radial engine from a Dakota.

He's regularly on UK TV with Henry Cole who makes programmes such as Find it Fix it Flog it, Shed & Buried etc.

Really only that he's good at getting motorbikes running! (I too find HC irritating - considering he's a bike nut he doesn't have a clue about how they work.)

Henry's other mates Guy Wollaston & Sam Lovegrove are both wizards with motorbikes.
