Title: Hello from colorado
Post by: codyp on August 04, 2015, 10:11:32 PM
Hello my name is Cody and I have bumped into this forum multiple times and decided I had to join after reading a few threads right up my alley. A bit about me I'm a young gun that loves motorcycles and tinkering with anything that can be modified in any way. I hope to contribute to the forum

Thanks for the welcome guys! The weather here is a great 90 degrees perfect day for a ride to the mountains to cool off but I'm stuck at work. Not much of mine currently to show off. Most stuff is motorcycle restoration stuff. I'm actually here to learn before starting a project I have been dreaming of for a while now. As soon as all my current projects are done I will began building a single cylinder engine from the 1906 How to build a motorbike book. Modified to my taste with more modern internals. It will be my first crack at pattern making.

A new triumph scrambler and I'm restoring a triumph trw. I'm also tinkering with a 66 cb160 I bought for my girlfriend. I sold most of my old bikes and parts when I was forced to grow up and buy a house

Hi Cody, welcome. I'm sure you've already seen OKTomT's single cylinder motorcycle build, and the twin he's working on?
