Title: Arc Euro One-Shot Lubrication for Bridgeport

I have an ancient Bridgeport mill and would like to fit a one shot lubrication system. The AE system does not have 1/8 BSP fittings, they are all metric however I can get Norgren banjos that will fit the AE 4mm tube and use the rest of the AE offerings to build the system.
What I don't understand is how to work out what resistance fittings or meter units I should use for the various lubrication points on the Bridgie.

Has any one out there done this ? Alternatively can anyone offer sensible advice (even if it's don't bother it wont work)
