When I bought my mill it came with a full set of homemade clamps for securing work.
For a while it all lived in a biscuit tin -

My neighbour made me a little wooden box with a separate sliding tray. I used some flightcase foam offcuts and came up with this -

Thanks Dave,
I did a similar thing on an old narrow toolbox, think it used to house a cheapo socket set or suchlike.
I used some of the foam again and go all my milling cutters in there.

and if you want some special bits to feel really cosseted, instead of Peli insert foam, you could use John Hill's method (http://madmodder.net/index.php?topic=4770.msg52671#msg52671)
