Ran across this video of 3-D printing. How to "print" a working adjustable wrench. (shifting spanner in the UK)
You can tell that the guy with the pony tail is not familiar with tools. He used the wrench so that the movable jaw was under load which is a no no.

Someone at work has a 4-inch adjustable spanner made like that.
The interesting thing is that you can make things that can't be made any other way. e.g. the static part of the working plastic adjustable spanner is one piece, with no visible way the worm or moving jaw could be fitted to it.
