Glad you like the links. The first is very good, and the other is a bit dry at the start, but gets better further in.
I was googling machining sites and found them, and that is also how I found this site. :beer:

Really? You found us from googling? Very cool. I check now and again to see how we are doing on google... nice to see we are coming up.

You can download the MIT videos and then view them at your leasure. Between 2a.m. and 7a.m. I have unlimited download bandwidth so downloaded all nine of the videos and have been perusing them at my leisure. They certainly worth keeping in you machinery library. :D
