Title: Perhaps NOT a Model but a Toy!
Post by: rake60 on May 14, 2008, 09:19:37 PM
A local repair garage has started to sell these little vehicles from Hong Kong.
Our company's heavy truck service man went out and bought this one!
248cc liquid cooled engine, 5 speed transmission, load capacity of 550 pounds and
72 miles to the gallon!

They are manufactured by the Wildfire Company (http://www.wildfirevehicles.com/index.html)
It's selling for $5395 USD.
Only drawback is they are registered as a motorcycle....
HEY I have a motorcycle drivers license!!! (http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n159/rake60/More%20Smileys/scratchinghead.gif)

Naaaa I don't suppose it would do well in the snow... LOL

They are also bringing in rebuilt small trucks and tractors from China. 4 wheel drive and the like, they are stories about them in the Farm show newspaper. All the time, most of the trucks can't be legally licensed and driven on the street.http://www.farmshow.com/ (http://www.farmshow.com/) great magazine for seeing what people with to much time on their hands build over the winter ;D
