Probably worth saying where you are in the country, as I have a feeling that it's not Halifax ?

I'd love too, but it'd be far two complicated and besides, I've already got one! By the way does it have a taper attachment?

Unfortunately not.
The lathe is not available any more for the time being but if it "falls through" then I will post it up again.
