Hi all just found this site whilst looking for Mods for Sieg sc2 lathe from Axminster. Have a lot to do on mine before I can use it so any tips would be much appreciated. In the past I was into transplanting Car engines into suitable other donors. But now I'm into making this lathe function and sharpening my Knives. Im sure there will be some jokes around those subjects !! Oh and I like my Motorcycles.

Welcome to the collective :borg:
Let's see the motorcycles!
As far as the lathe... A few of us here have that lathe in various guises. Mine started as a 7x10... I have added a 16" bed, an extended crossslide, full half nuts, replaced the headstock bearings, top adjustable gibs and a realbull 4" spindle.
Ask away
