Edit: July 04 - 12:45am
After seeing some of the comments and going back and having a second look myself I am going to remove this link as I now realize that it is not in the best interests of the MadModder forum. MadModders deserve better than this. While it seemed an interesting concept, I guess that is all it was, just a concept.
Cheers

I had a chuckle over this when it surfaced on another forum.
I think I'll wait until they have a photograph of one on their website :)

It is a scam looking for money,Like a couple of the steam engine site that never seem to change or add anything once they go up. At least that is the consensus on Village Press machine shop board. And it has been reported to some group that deals in fraud investments.
As the collective feels it is all paper and no reality, as I have been removed from the 2 wheel moto scene for so long. I have no clue

That is probably true but this deal is a money come on from what other forums members are saying.
I have no idea as to what the rights are etc. but I thing if it was theirs it would be on their web site. But I have been wrong before

Glen,
Interesting sight, but I think you hit the nail on the head.
I get suspicious when I just see pictures of a concept and fancy words but no pics of a real product or even a prototype.
I see they have quite a selection of clothing and other stuff in their store. Perhaps that's how they may be funding part of thier product that they are trying to sell.

Just got back from looking at his IDS site. Those guys need to read up on the second law of thermodynamics.

The real Panther works were known locally as "Phelon & Moore`s".
Just a couple of back streets away from my favourite motorcycle shop.
Went there a few times for parts...... Had to duck under the lines of washing to get access.
Happy days!

I did some checking and the Panther trade mark is still valid and held by the Panther owners club.
however this trade name is only valid in the UK.
What smacks heavily of a scam is they have not registered it in Canada where they are supposed to be based.
The whole thing is rigged with buzzwords that are meant to impress but the odd person who is familiar with some of these can soon poke holes in them.
Diamond coated gear teeth ? Why not make them out of carborundum and have done with it.
Duponts Blue foam as an absorption gel ? I use this and it just flattens out, it doesn't change to a gel.
The biggest problem is though the the guy responsible who posts as three different people searches groups, joins up and them trolls the group until he gets kicked off.
Believe me, you don't want him here.

Even if its not a scam (which I think it is) who would buy a motorcycle from a company with ex CAR industry marketing people at its head. No design department, not an Engineer in sight, the pictures present something that looks like the wet dream of a 16 year old marketing person.
I was never a big fan of proper Panthers, but at least they were honest.

Amazing. Mr. Erik Brinkman seems to suffer (or it might be he in fact enjoys it...) from a chronic realism deficiency disorder. Is this a politically correct formulation?

If you've got a few minutes to spare and like a laugh, look up Erik Brinkman over at cnczone.com.
The word tool springs to mind - and not in a nice way ::)

Hi Guys.
CNCzone was where I got the initial link from. I have been following the Rollamite discussion since Sept 2009. I am sorry now that I didn't research the link more before I posted it but that can't be changed now. Next time I will try to do a better job of checking a link out before posting it for all to see.
To all who posted comments here on this I do appreciate them and thank you for them. :D :D
Cheers

Don,
Just read the thread on CNCzone. From what I read about Eric Brinkman makes me believe he is a real Richard Head.
Also noticed that the pages of his web site have disappeared about the rolamite.
