I had at work a small, light card holder that would tip over anytime someone would try to take a card. I thought just for the fun of it I would cast a heavy duty holder and at the same time incorporate a name sign into it. It was a first attempt as casting letters into a project.
Needless to say, it is a very robust and stable card holder! ::)

I had a slight defect in the back and not structurally significant! I should of made the feed gate larger.

Kind of a goofy project (practical though), but it was fun to do and I get comments about it at work.
Thanks, for viewing,

DaveH, Bernd, Brass_Machine : Thanks for the kind comments.
websterz: Casting is a trip. It takes a lot of preparation and practice, but the results can be fun and you can produce things that would be hard to do any other way!
doubleboost, Stilldrillin: It is robust - I tend to over build, but it won't wear out. ::)
dsquire: This product is unique, one & done
Marauder: Yes, this is the preferred method of spelling Allen! I have seen other try: Alan, Allyn, etc., but this is how it was interned to be spelled!

Researching my first name , Allen , I'm pritty sure it originates from Wales,As most Alan,Allan,Seems to come from England,I'm 60 and i was born and bred in England,But when my mother died 20 years ago as i was sorting her bits and pieces out i found out my mother was welsh so that explains things....I Know its off topic a little,But its just a bit of useless trivia..
