Does anyone know what this might be? Looks like part of it may be missing in front on the chuck?

Its a lapping machine we use to have loads around our factory ther's probably still a few knocking about there used for polishing punches dies etc,

For a low bid it could be useful to someone, heavy stand, decent chuck or even a polishing machine?  :thumbup:
