hi i was given this at the week end its a old watch clening motor so i stript it dawn redy for a re fit any one got one of the same type  right pics

well i gave it a repant and fited a new lenth of cabel 3 cor repated the I.D tag  and ther you go all i have to do naw is mack a stand for it and a cuver plate for the top of the motor right pics

Did you use it to stir the paint?  :)

You've cleaned that up nicely.

But what does it do?  It looks like it ought to be sitting on a jar stirring something up.

Yes, I think you mentioned, first post, a watch cleaning motor, so great curiosity about how it works?

hi all thanks for the coments as haw it works on the botom of the long shaft ther is a ptopeler and three locating pins and a star spring i will post a pic you put your parts for clening in a bascet that locats on the pins and the spring holds it ther on the stand from the pics i have seen on the net ther is 2 to 4 jars depending on wat model etch jar contands difrent clening solvents to remove old watch oil and muck all you do is put the jar  under the motor put the drive shaft in the jar then set it off sum have timers on them so my plan is to set this up so i can clen D.T.I. movments i don't have any jars or the bascet so i will be on the hunt for them and as im making the bace i may by a cheep ultrsawnd tank to incoprate in to the project
