Hi folks,  stumbled across this site while looking for information on the Bonelle TCG.  I'm a retired toolmaker,  been in the industry for 45 years. Have been retired the past 3 years.  During this time I have made quite a few projects in the shed.

Nice work too .....is the pistol a replica?

Hi Pete thanks for the welcome.
The pistol is not a replica.  I made the chamber. The original was lost.  Had to do  bit of research to get to the finished product.

Nice job on the chamber. I'd be interested to know how you did the ratchet affair (don't know it's proper name). I can see how you might make the grooves with the job offset and a ball-ended tool, but how did you manage the square ends to the grooves?
