Title: Hi From Inverness
Post by: redpiperbob on November 28, 2009, 03:54:13 AM
Hi all
Just realised, sorry I have not introduced myself.  :hammer:
58 years young widower in Inverness. moved here 33 yers ago. Born in South Wales.
I am interested in Radio controlled helicopters and planes.
On the model engineering side of things I am into 31/2 " gauge steam locos and I am about to set up a (small) 16mm narrow  gauge  in my (small) back  garden.  :coffee:
I am making a Rob Roy and have the chassis with the wheels on (two years).  :whip:
I hope to pick up some tips on the site and if I can help anybody I will try

Bob

Bob,

Welcome to the collective.  :borg:

Looks like you'll fit right in with those talents. You might even be able to teach use something. You never know.

Of course like the rest have said already  :worthless: and you will catch  :proj: somewere along the line. No known cure other than to go ahead with the project and show the others the how's and why's of it.

Have fun and enjoy yourself here.

Regards,
Bernd
