What vanity impelled these guys to use it is a mystery to me, but their stories are worth reading in these reviews on Amazon UK:

Chris, only because the link was sent to me (and about 20 others) by a friend who seems to spend her time passing on jokes etc over the internet.
I've never been into gonad grooming, myself.
