I have this one http://www.metal-craft.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&path=35_37&product_id=400
and there is a cam on the back which allows more control of the scroll very simply made too would not be hard to reproduce.

Yeah, that's a nice one - wished I had seen this before I did make my new one here in this thread but too my other bending jig - I could have made just one jig !

I did see your previous bending jig but this one would not do the same job easily thats why i didnt mention it. in fact when someone i work with wanted some beefier tent pegs I did the exact same as you to produce them.
