Hi All; Just joined hopping to meet some other owners of Smart & Brown 1024 lathes. Mine is due to arrive in a day or two I am interested in what other oners have found with their machines. Good to find another machining group.

Welcome to MadModder. We look forward to having you on board here and making chips. Hope you don't have to go through too much snow in Timmins when you get your lathe. If you have any questions just ask. There is always someone around to answer or at least give an opinion. Look forward to seeing some pictures of your new lathe when you get it set up.  :D :D
