Saw this on youtube :

Has anyone made something similar ?
It appears useful for very long bends and allows multiple bends and returns. Only minor snag I can see is it has to follow the edge of the sheet.
Thought I might crib the idea and make a DIY version, as I have some bends to make just over a metre long.
Any thoughts much appreciated.

Probably fine for bending thin zink for roofing etc. But those long bending-axles are not going to provide much clamping force , which will result in some large radius bend and probably variable radius too.
Maybe a lot of work to make one for little return .

This is the simpler version. It would very useful for multiple edge bends, which are all but impossible with a brake.
I would only make it good for 4" depth or so as I doubt I would need more.

Yes thats probably simple enough to build and test .

Different video with quite good results, skip 6-8 mins unless you want to learn how to paint.
Same idea but only two bending rollers.

A variation on a bead roller?
