Title: All fabricated Rider-Ericsson hot air pumping engine
Post by: modelman1938 on October 22, 2011, 04:20:07 PM
Hi All    This is my first post and am wondering if you would be interested in my latest model engine. This is of a Rider-ericsson hot air pumping engine. Casting kits are available for this engine in 1", 2", and 3" bore, but I now choose to fabricate from plate, bar stock, and sheet metal. For this model I have worked from the book "Steam and Stirling Engines You Can Build" which details a 2" bore model made from castings, but I have scaled this engine to 1 1/2" bore.

Hi and welcome to us.
You have done an  excellent work with your'e engine, fantastic

One thing I feel that I have to say, do not take this badley but you have to think about the size of the photus you are showing up here. It's very difficult to see you're fine engine in such big photo. Make it 50% less and you will be fine.  :D
Keep up your'e good work.
