        HI all my name is Ron Osborn aka ozzie46.

   I am fairly new to maching but did take a machining course back in 1982-83 at the local college. I never worked in the trade though as went to work for the city government.

   I have a Cummins 7 x 12 Lathe  and a HF 'Big Red" drill/mill. I am starting to get into model steam engines. I am also a radio control plane builder/ flier.

  I have been lurking here for awhile and felt it was time to introduce myself.

Don't mind the talk about the collective.  Just a bunch of closet helicopter pilots talking.  :D
Steam is cool.  Well, the steam itself isn't or it wouldn't work so well but the concept is.  And RC rawks! :headbang:

So, pull up a sittin' on thingie, grab a beverage of choice and Tell All!

Hi Ron.

Welcome aboard a fun place. Almost any subject is game here.

I like radio control boats or land vehicles, kind of like Crabfu steam.

Oh and  :mmr: and ofcourse,  :worthless:, and you could get this,  :proj:

Eric's already  robbed used one of my favourite welcome lines  :lol:  .... And I think everyone has just about covered the rest.....


However.... I can't help but think I've seen your tag 'ozzie46' somewhere before?

Maybe it's just me? I've got a habit of talking to people all over the world (via one of the websites I frequent) and forgetting all about it!  :doh:


Anyway.... join in the fun  :thumbup:  And add as much as you like.... Even if some of us haven't a clue what your on about, someone will   :smart:
