Here is another smaller one http://www.green-trust.org/junkyardprojects/FreeHomeWorkshopPlans/CuringOven.pdf (http://www.green-trust.org/junkyardprojects/FreeHomeWorkshopPlans/CuringOven.pdf)
This on shows a conversion of a household electric stove.
Yahoo had a powder coating forum. it was run by the guy that wrote the book on powder coating. Which a review is located in our book shelf. Great book by the way.

Instead of the sheet metal shell if you are only doing a couple of large pieces like a bike frame etc.  people use the oven heating elements form the used stoves since, most times the ovens and heating elements aren't used like in the old days. They modify the oven box like here http://web.archive.org/web/20020214081002/www.buckeyetriumphs.org/technical/PowderCoating/powder_coating_equipment.htm (http://web.archive.org/web/20020214081002/www.buckeyetriumphs.org/technical/PowderCoating/powder_coating_equipment.htm) or they remove the controls and elements and mount them in boxes made out of the aluminized expanded hard foam insulation board. You can have a large of oven as your electric can handle. They used 1x2" furring strips to hold the insul board together. And always be safe and don't leave the oven unsupervised during operation. I had a link but it is no longer active. But if you go to Eastwoods Powder coating forum.
