Tap Wrench Tip
« on: August 22, 2014, 05:53:05 AM »

    Hi Guys

When I come to tap small holes requiring delicate torque, I use a combination clock key as a tap wrench.  The key I   use is for no. 2- 4- 6- 8- 10  clock winder squares.  This fits no. 6BA to 0 BA taps.

                                                                    Cheers David

David.

Still drilling holes... Sometimes, in the right place!

Still modifying bits of metal... Occasionally, making an improvement!

David I found a key under 'Clock Spider Key Brass' on eBay, sizes 2,4,6,8,10 for £ 2 . 90 post free from  redroosteruk.

                                                      Very Reasonable

                                                                                 Cheers  David
