Blow outs in gunmetal castings

I have a cylinder casting which has two blow hollows  :(.
Is it possible to fill these?

 JB Weld is your friend, just fixed a couple of Chinese casting defects on a compound table slide way.  In my case the JB Weld was to stop anymore debris working its way onto the bearing surfaces I had just scraped.
