hi well the taps ar not drill taps ther mashen taps you can use them by hand but they shud be used in a mill the spirel helps remove the cutings |

Thanks. You are lucky you can have boot sales and buy tools. Usually things sold out of the trunk of a car where I live are things you shoot with, or mind altering consumables. Or stolen. |
