Right so we had a redesign instead of weakening the spring we just took it off

Then we put the case back on as a washer

Dan The Man:
We then realised that on the upstroke it would tighten so we had 2 put on 2 washers and lock them

also the chuck is rusted and no pics sorry :worthless:
