Ditto what everyone else has already said. I do have one question though.  In your first pic with the set up what is the tool you have in your mill?  I have been trying to figure it out.

thanks chap's but i stand humbled in front of what some of you can do i just stab away till i get it right and probably go about it the rong way some times but get there in the end. the tool in the mill is a boring head come fly cutter and a real handy bit of kit i got it off ebay a little time back for about 28 pound

Just out of curiosity... when you plan your triples, how do you calculate the clamp diameter? Say off hand you are using 35mm forks. When the triple clamp is tightened up, what is the diameter of the hole for the forks? 35mm, 34mm??
