How do i achieve this?
Brass_Machine:
Yup. They are used for E-cigs. Not the kind you buy all pre-made... more for the advanced e-cig user. It allows you to "drip" you nicotine liquid into your e-cig without having to basically take it apart.
I made a bunch for my nephew when he tried to break out into to vaping (smoking e-cigs) business.
Just make sure you are using stainless steel.
As far as shapes? Try using a ball turning attachment on the lathe...

I wish I could make a decent set of pipe.
Yes the drip tips are for electronic cigarette but not just the normal ones.

You could file up a form tool from sheet metal and make a basic follower mechanism for the cross-slide. Use the compound slide to advance the tool.

Thank you for the reply Pete, I've just tried to goggle a "follower mechanism" but I could find anything, would you be able to point me in the right direction please.
