Hi hope some can help me out please. Over the past few weeks i have been making some drip tips, but because of the limited amount of knowledge i have on a metal lathe they all appear to be similar in shape . I was wanting to know how is it possible to achieve tapered and bevelled shapes by using a lathe. The first picture show's a couple of drip tip that I have made. second picture show's some of the shapes I would like to achieve. |

There's several ways I know of. But the easiest would probably be to just file them on the lathe. Make sure you read up on it so you do it safely though. Using a file without a handle or getting a sleeve snagged on the chuck could do a real number on you. |

You either need to grind a form tool or have a cnc lathe Andrew ps you could just buy them here: http://www.cloud9vaping.co.uk/epages/yxve46fvrnud.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/yxve46fvrnud/Categories/DripTips/CherryVape |
