VT, A folder and a brake are really two different things. The folder is as depicted and works, as you probably know, by 'pushing' the metal over with it's rotating edge. The brake, more correctly known as a press brake, creates the bend by pushing the metal down into a groove or angle. Each has it's advantages. Dave. |
