Hey that's really starting to look cool and professional looking. You really do get a beautiful finish on stainless steel. |

Hi John, Love watching your videos. I learn a lot from them and they are enjoyable to watch. I need a dividing head and this is on my list of projects. One question, you say a couple of times that the way your are locking the shaft is much better than sawing a split along the length. I like the way you have done it, as it is really neat but will the clamp mark the shaft at all and cause a burr? I also assume this is the primary way of locking the shaft and will be tight enough to hold the chuck rigid for milling operations? Look forward to more videos. Matt |
