Hi, Just getting started in metal casting. Have built a waste oil burner.  Burns about 1.5 gal/hr. Flame hot enough to melt steel wire. Still working on furnace. Would like to work into casting iron to make steam engines. Have a craftsman 12" lathe and bridgeport type knee mill.
