Although his real name was F. Andrew Crompton I think that he may have used other posting names like Andy F and Andrew Franks, fairly certain that he was on the mini-lathe forum and I think that there may have been others. Just spotted this very sad bit of news. Andy had promised to visit me on a few occasions, but had to spend a fair bit of time looking after his mother-in-law and never managed to visit me. Eric, I know Andy posted on www.model-engineer.co.uk where he exchanged many PM's with me. R.I.P. Andy. Dek. |
