That's the first time I have seen a reamer used on mahogany , in 50 years as a carpenter and joiner learn somthing every day .

Hi John,
              You have chosen a good subject for your video, sooner or later most dedicated casters and machinist find they need a dividing head, and this one requires no dividing plates. Like the pattern making video, will you be casting it in aluminium?
          I fabricated one years ago to Alan Timmins design, when building his longcase clock. The center height was only 3 inches,
had to cast some 3 inch blocks to raise the head and tailstock to meet my current needs.

How did you produce the semicircular bits? Did you band saw them and finish on the disk sander?
