 Aye , spuggies are sparrows and stinkas are starlings and a skemmy is a feral pidgeon ( flying rat ) a woody is a wood pidgeon in Geordieland  :thumbup: ...........there are many more local words that folk who do not speak Geordie dont have a clue about too  :lol: .........
