It is easy to forget the effects of climb milling when you get in a hurry... Late one night I was finishing up this piece by cutting a half round in the bottom using an end mill in a drill press. Certainly not the cleverest setup I've come up with. Interesting was to power feed a piece, I suppose... (apologies for the huge pics in advance, but no time to resize at present) Sparky I fixed them up for you. Hope that is OK. Don :D |
