Just a quick reminder that you can come and see the original engine that this model is based on Sunday 26 May and Monday 27 May at the Bolton Steam Museum. This museum is run by the Northern Mill Engine Society (NMES). We run on steam a number of times each year and this holiday weekend is one of those times. Unfortunately, this particular engine won't be running on steam because we are just adding (shoehorning in!) another new engine adjacent to it which has meant that we needed to disconnect it from the steam main and exhaust for a while.
