Fishing is now going hi-tech. A bit different to my 70's days with a Mitchell Match and a 14ft hollow glass rod.

I will be moving out of my comfort zone after today when my 4 jaw independant chuck arrives, a friend has asked me to make some parts for his paper cutting guillotine which is being moved and refurbished, the cutting stick that the blade comes down onto is gripped in place in its channel by 4 square blocks that tighten with eccentric adjusters, this will be my first go at anything machined off center, the excitement is tangible :headbang:.

It`s a great place.....

I`ve spent a lifetime machining metal, my way........ Now I`m relearning / resizing it all over again, on here.....  :thumbup:
